Metal & Recycling Company (MRC) Chairman and CEO Mr. Khaled Al-Mutawa has announced the establishment of “METALEX ENERGY” with capital worth 10 million KD. MRC owns 65% of “METALEX ENERGY” and the rest is owned by “Alpha Energy” he said. The Company’s decision behind this establishment came after earning a contract by Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) to build a 270 kilometers oil & gas pipeline. MRC also owns 55% of the Turkey based METALEX Company that will enhance the project implementation, and contributes to MRC’s local and international future projects. METALEX is a leading company in the pipeline construction industry that has implemented 4000 kilometers of pipelines all around the world.
